مقایسه میزان کودک آزاری و کیفیت رابطه مادر با فرزند مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری و فرزند غیر مبتلای خود

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مقایسه کیفیت رابطه والد با فرزند و میزان کودک‌آزاری مادران نسبت به فرزند مبتلابه اختلال یادگیری و فرزند غیر مبتلای خود است.
روش‌ها: 60 نفر از مادران دارای یک فرزند مبتلابه اختلال یادگیری و یک فرزند فاقد اختلال یادگیری مقطع ابتدائی شهرستان قشم در سال تحصیلی 98-97 با فرزندان آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده و مادران پرسشنامه رابطه والد-کودک پیانتا و دو فرزند آن‌ها پرسشنامه کودک‌آزاری را تکمیل نمودند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده‌ی تفاوت معنادار بین کودک دارای اختلال یادگیری و خواهر و برادر بدون اختلال یادگیری او در ابعاد نزدیکی، تعارض و رابطه‌ی مثبت است (0001/0P≤). همچنین یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در بعد وابستگی تفاوت معنادار نبوده‌است (1/0P≤). تفاوت میانگین ابعاد کودک‌آزاری والدین در بین فرزندان دارای اختلال و بدون اختلال یادگیری خود بدین‌صورت که نمرات کودک‌آزاری عاطفی، کودک‌آزاری جسمی (0001/0P≤)، غفلت و بی‌توجهی (01/0P≤) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. درواقع، مادران فرزندان دارای اختلال یادگیری خود به نسبت بقیه فرزندان بدون اختلال یادگیری، فرزند مبتلا را بیشتر مورد آزار قرار می‌دهند و با او نزدیکی و رابطه‌ی مثبت پایین‌تری را داشته و همچنین تعارض بیشتری را با او تجربه می‌کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج لزوم فراهم‌سازی تمهیداتی برای محافظت از کودکان مبتلابه اختلال یادگیری هم به لحاظ آموزش والدگی به پدران و مادران و هم حمایت قانونی از این افراد را آشکار می‌سازد.

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to compare the quality of parent-child relationship and the level of child abuse of mothers who have to children (one with learning disabilities and one children with no learning disabilities).
Methods: 60 mothers with one child with learning disability and one child without learning disability in 1397- 98 in Qeshm port were selected by purposeful sampling. The mothers completed the parent child relationship scale (PCRS) of Piyanta and their two children completed the Child Abuse Questionnaire. The results showed a significant difference between child with learning disorder and sibling without learning disorder in proximity, conflict, the positive relationship was (P≤0.0001).
Results: The significant difference between the mean dimensions of parental child abuse among children with and without learning disabilities was such that child abuse scores (P≤0.0001) and physical abuse child (P≤0.0001). There was a significant difference between neglect and neglect (P ≤0.01). In fact, mothers of children with learning disabilities are more likely to abuse their children than other children without learning disabilities and to have a lower affinity and positive relationship with them and to experience more conflict with them.
Conclusion: These results have shed light on the necessity of taking some actions in order to protect the children with learning disabilities. Take parenting training to parents and legal protection from these children as examples.
